Authorize an amendment to a contract for a technical baggage handling system advisor for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport Terminal Centralized Baggage Handling System Design Criteria Manual Reissue with AECOM Technical Services Inc., to increase the amount by $2,432,259 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $5,966,845. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) and 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program). Current participation to date is 12.66% DBE].
