Authorize negotiation and execution of an interlocal agreement with Travis County and the Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care for mental health, transitional housing, and substance use treatment services for clients of the Downtown Austin Community Court, for an initial 12-month term beginning October 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $672,000, with four 12-month renewal options not to exceed $672,000 per renewal option, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $3,360,000.
