Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 9 to the interlocal agreement with Austin Travis County Mental Health Mental Retardation Center d/b/a Integral Care for the homeless outreach street team, to increase funding for the final renewal option in the amount of $37,885, effective October 1, 2023, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $3,709,342.
