Authorize an amendment to a contract for engineering services for the 2020 Bond Substandard Streets Ross Road North project with LJA Engineering, Inc., to increase the amount by $400,607 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $2,900,607. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 14.63% MBE and 20.02% WBE].
