Authorize an amendment to a contract for continued original equipment manufacturer parts, maintenance, repair services, and upgrades for fuel island systems and fuel storage tanks with Excell Environmental d/b/a Excell Fueling Systems, to increase the amount by $1,700,000 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $5,200,000. [Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program).
