Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 11 to the agreement with Asian American Resource Center, Inc., d/b/a Asian American Community Health Initiative, for the Community Health Navigator program, to add one 12-month extension option beginning October 1, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $587,305, for a revised total agreement not to exceed amount of $3,516,605.
