Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 9 to an agreement with Goodwill Industries of Central Texas d/b/a Goodwill Centex, to provide funding for workforce readiness services, to add one six-month extension option beginning October 1, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $388,276, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed amount of $6,545,771.
