Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 with The Salvation Army, to provide short-term funding for families experiencing homelessness to access child-care services, to add three 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $160,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,600,000.
