Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 12 to an agreement with The SAFE Alliance to provide victim services and bridge to safety and support services to survivors of sexual and domestic abuse or violence, to add one 12-month extension option beginning October 1, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $1,107,495, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $8,295,707.
