Authorize negotiation and execution of all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to acquire a wastewater easement of 2.452 acres of land (106,792 square feet), and a temporary working space easement of 0.603 acres of land (26,262 square feet) generally located at 829 Bastrop Highway, from Bruce Evan Anton and Ann Francis Anton, Trustees of the ABE TRUST, for a total amount not to exceed $362,231, including closing costs.
