Authorize negotiation and execution of five contracts for engineering services for the 2023 Local Mobility Sidewalk, Bikeway, and Urban Trails Field Engineering Rotation List with MWM DesignGroup Inc., RPS Infrastructure Inc., HDR Engineering Inc., Civilitude LLC, and Pape-Dawson Consulting Engineers Inc., for a total contral amount not to exceed $24,000,000, divided among the firms.
