Authorize an amendment to a contract for engineering services for the corridor improvements project with HDR Engineering, Inc., to increase the amount by $3,500,000 for a total revised contract amount not to exceed $73,500,000. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 13.92% MBE and 12.54% WBE].
