Authorize negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with People’s Community Clinic, Inc. to hire one additional community health worker to engage in COVID-19 response and chronic disease prevention activities, and to add funding in an amount not to exceed $80,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $320,000.
