Authorize an amendment to a contract for the continued rental of temporary traffic control devices and roadway pavement marking services with Victor Pena d/b/a Pena’s Traffic Services, LLC, to increase the amount by $3,414,000 and to extend the term by two years for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $8,334,000. [Note: This contract was reviewed for subcontracting opportunities in accordance with City Code Chapter 2-9C (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program).
