Authorize an amendment to a contract for engineering services for the Hornsby Bend Biosolids Management Plant Headworks with CP&Y, Inc., to increase the amount by $2,075,500 for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $2,825,500. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 13.83% MBE and 12.56% WBE].
