Authorize an amendment to a contract for architectural and engineering services for the Airport Principal Architect/Engineer with HNTB Corporation, to increase the amount by $27,000,000, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $52,000,000. [Note: This amendment will be awarded in compliance with City Code 2-9B (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program). Current participation to date is 1.32% MBE and 7.90% WBE].
