The owner of the needed property is Temple Center Square, Ltd. The property is located at 1509 South Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas 78704. The general route of this project is along Union Pacific Railroad, from Evergreen Avenue to West Gibson Street, on the west side of the railroad and east of South Lamar Boulevard.
