The owner of the needed property is Harris Branch Residential Property Owners Association, Inc. The property is located at 12420 Granton Cove, Austin, Texas 78754. The general route of the project is the Upper Harris Branch wastewater basin, from Dessau Road to Harris Branch Parkway.
