Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Independent School District to provide tutoring and academic support for youth, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $27,223 for the term of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,081,712.
