Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with the Austin Independent School District to provide afterschool programming for youth, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $662,032 to the current term of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023, and an amount not to exceed $150,000 for each of the four 12-month renewal options, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $6,440,461.
