Approve an ordinance authorizing negotiation and execution of the eighth amendment to the license agreement with Austin Pets Alive for the use of the Town Lake Animal Center located at 1156 W. Cesar Chavez, Austin, Texas, to commence on February 23, 2023, and terminate August 23, 2023, authorizing waiver of the appraisal and annual license fees required under City Code Sections 14-11-42 and 14-11-43 and declaring an emergency.
