Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the Federal Grant Agreement with the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy for a grant expert to be jointly funded by the City and the Conservancy for an additional 12-month term beginning January 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $60,000, and two 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $60,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $285,000.
