Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the interlocal agreement with the Austin Independent School District to provide childcare services, parent training, and school attendance and performance monitoring, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $4,004 to the current term and $4,400 for each of the two renewal options, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $572,444.
