Authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to an agreement with Travis County and the Austin-Travis County Sobriety Center Local Government Corporation d/b/a the Sobering Center to add one-time funding in the amount of $303,413 to the term ending on September 30, 2023, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $9,167,358.
